Dara Eliacin

Vice President of Operations

As Impact’s first executive hire, Dara Eliacin has been instrumental in launching the company and building Impact’s systems and tools from scratch. She currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the Impact ecosystem, straddling both content development and product development: contributing equally to building the processes that make Impact’s evaluation and development process successful, working with writers on developing their content, and working with the product and engineering teams to build the Impact Network.

She is also on Impact’s management team overseeing marketing and partnerships, planning product and initiative launches, and executing the company’s business strategy. Prior to Impact, Eliacin worked at FilmNation Entertainment and WME Agency.
